Human. Professional. Understanding.
We guide families in stressful life situations – with expertise, heart and trust in your own Strengths
We have helped over 90+ families in the last few years.
For many families, everyday life with neurodivergent children is extremely challenging.
When children have special needs, when communication breaks down, when everyone is exhausted and there is no energy left – then the feeling of being alone quickly sets in.
Isolation, misunderstandings, constant justifications and excessive demands are often part of everyday life. Added to this are emotional, physical and psychological stresses. We listen. We look closely. We act.
At neuSprung, we provide families with fast, reliable and compassionate support. Our work is professional, creative and tailored to individual needs. We think and work in a highly systematic way.
neuSprung is a socially committed organisation based in Switzerland.
Our heart is the social and educational Family care & single – accompaniment- but even more important is our attitude:
We meet families with empathy, clarity, and structure. We work systemically, holistically, and according to their strengths. We believe that every person deserves to develop, regardless of their history.
Our Team consists of experienced professionals with specializations in social education, autism spectrum, ADHD, care leaver-work, and crisis intervention.
At neuSprung, the focus is on the person – not the problem.
More about our team and our approach:
Whether it’s everyday stress, an acute crisis or long-term support, neuSprung offers individualised assistance for families, young people and specialist agencies.
At neuSprung, we support families in stressful situations – individually, systemically and with particular expertise in dealing with neurodiversity such as autism, ADHD and other neurodivergent conditions.
At neuSprung, we support teenagers and young adults in challenging life situations – individually, in a way that is relevant to everyday life, and with particular expertise in dealing with neurodiversity, but open to everyone.
Whether with or without neurodiversity – at neuSprung, you will find parent coaching that empowers, organises and opens up new paths. Our parent coaching is a voluntary counselling service for mothers and fathers who want clarity, relief and new inspiration in their everyday family life.
Fill out our digital enquiry form. This will serve as the basis for our initial consultation. Once we receive your form, we will contact you promptly – personally and straightforward.
We work closely with specialist agencies – transparently, cooperatively and in a goal-oriented manner. Our clearly formulated offer includes the goal, scope, responsibilities, duration, location, methodology and cost overview. It serves as the basis for the KÜG (e.g. through the AJB), and we are happy to assist with completing and submitting the documents.
On-site discussions are an integral part of the support process. Together with all parties involved, we reflect on the progress made, review the achievement of objectives and clarify further requirements. This involves development, open issues and a possible extension or conclusion. Upon request, we provide a written evaluation with an assessment and recommendations.
In a non-binding initial consultation, we clarify current challenges, appropriate forms of support and individuals already involved. We discuss open questions, define initial goals and align expectations – for a clear, coherent start. The consultation can take place by telephone, digitally or on site.
Once we receive the KÜG, we begin working together. Our specialist will contact you to discuss the next steps on an individual basis. The support provided is tailored to the needs of the family and may include home visits, coaching, individual support or everyday assistance. Goals and interventions are set jointly and reviewed regularly – flexibly and effectively, adapted to developments.

Families sometimes need someone who thinks along with them, accompanies them and supports them. We offer everyday support – at home, in communication with specialist agencies or in parenting. We provide structured and reliable support to all families – with or without neurodiversity – strengthening relationships, providing guidance and promoting self-efficacy.
Our team brings expertise in social pedagogy, therapy, coaching and youth welfare – and many years of experience in dealing with autism, ADHD and family crises.
We support families with and without neurodiverse children. Structured, individualised and with attitude. Augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), structural aids and relationship building are part of our everyday work.
We are networked with schools, specialist agencies and all other therapeutic support systems. We work in a solution-oriented, transparent manner with clear processes – our services are legally compliant and efficient.
We see the potential, not the problem. Our work is based on trust, clarity and genuine presence – so that change not only begins, but lasts.

Parents or young people can contact us directly – with no obligation. Professionals such as social workers, teachers, doctors or the KESB (Child and Adult Protection Authority) can also submit a request.
Important: You do not need a diagnosis or official referral in advance.
We will work with you to determine whether and how we can help.
No – the KESB is not involved in voluntary requests made by parents. If you contact us yourself and request family support, neuSprung's assistance remains independent of the authorities.
We only work with the KESB if it is expressly involved – for example, in the case of a referral by specialist agencies.
No. The vast majority of support services are financed by a cost approval (KÜG) from the AJB (Office for Youth and Career Counselling). We will prepare a quote and help you with the application so that you don't have to worry about the financial side of things.
The cost coverage guarantee (KÜG) is a formal commitment to cover the costs of support services. We prepare a clear offer with clear objectives, duration and scope. The responsible agency reviews and decides whether to cover the costs. We assist with the entire process and contact with the authorities.
Getting started is easy: simply contact us – either by filling out a short form or giving us a call. In an initial personal consultation, we will work with you to determine what your family needs, answer any questions you may have and provide some initial guidance. We will then prepare a personalised quote and, if necessary, assist you with your application to the KÜG.
Once everything has been clarified, the most important part begins: support. We come to your home, are at your side in everyday life, strengthen you in your role as parents and support children and young people with a view to their individual needs. This creates a sustainable relationship in which trust grows, new scope for action becomes visible and change becomes possible.
Throughout the entire process, we hold status meetings, reflect on the process together and adjust the goals. At the end of the support period, we conduct an evaluation – honest, clear and in dialogue. Transparency, participation and genuine connection are particularly important to us.
Yes. We support many families with neurodiverse children, such as those with autism, ADHD or other special needs in perception, communication and development.
We take an individual approach to your child and your family situation: with structure, understanding, supportive communication (UK) and an eye for what makes your child strong. Our specialists bring a wealth of experience and calmness to the table – and provide reliable support through difficult phases.
SPF stands for social pedagogical family support. It is individual, everyday support for families in difficult situations – e.g. when they are overwhelmed, have parenting issues, are going through a separation, are experiencing psychological stress or social conflicts. SPF takes place where you live: at home, at school or in everyday life.
It varies greatly. Some families only need a few months of support, while others need several years or longer. The duration is determined on an individual basis, depending on what is appropriate and helpful for your family.
No. We accompany you every step of the way. You will receive the necessary documents digitally, and we will explain everything in detail – either by telephone or in person. We will also liaise with the authorities on your behalf if you wish.
Then don't hesitate. Write to us directly or give us a call. We offer short-term crisis intervention – depending on the urgency, either by telephone or on site. Our goal is to quickly stabilise the situation and plan the next steps together.
Whether you have initial questions or a specific request for support, we are here for you. No obligation, personalised and on equal terms.
